Today i'm going to recomend you a book. Actually i don't read a lot, so i don't have a long list of books to pick one. I prefer read short stories, i like it more because it´s so much easier and faster to finish, when i become impatient and just want get to the end. I like horror and suspense stories that gives clues and tell the story little by little like Allan Poe and H.P. Lovecraft do, but there's a short story i like most, the one i'm going to recommend you, called ''La noche boca arriba'' (The night face up) by Julio Cortázar.
I found out this one when i was in school, in a language boring test reading some boring texts, and when i get the last page, there's a message from the teacher, was like ''This text is not part of the test... enjoy it'' and then i spent the next 30 minutes reading it over and over again, and i wasn't bored.I don't want to tell you what about the story is, because i dont want to ruin it, but it starts with a man who had an accident and after that he has some strange dreams. Is the type of stories that keep you expectant until the end.
PS: This story is part of a book called ''Final del juego'', but if you search the name on google you will find it easily.
PPS: Searching on the internet i found the chilean shortfilm based on the story, with the same name. Here is the teaser. http://vimeo.com/30691658
