Free post

Hi buddies!

In this free post i'm going to talk about an anecdote that happened to me the other day, a friend told me that was a tender and touching story to write about on this blog so i'm goint to put it right here.
Like i said in the last post the love for animals is a big thing on my life that's why feed homeless dogs is like a hobby to me . The most part of time i carry a plastic bag with food for dogs so when i see a hungry one i feed him. So the last week when i was walking to the bus stop i saw a big dog, who looked like a German Shepherd, laying on the floor. I kept walking to get the bus just watching him but then i saw that everyone walking and standing right beside him like if he wasn't there. So i sat on his side and said hi again to which he reply shaking his tail and licking my hand. then i remembered the food in my bag, i gave it to him  and he ate it like in three seconds. i took a look and i realized he was too skinny without strenght enough to stand up. When the food was over he laid again and put his foot on my leg asking for be caressed. I stayed a bit longer caressing him to get him to sleep and for twenty minutes he was happy and calm, not caring about the cars or sounds of city. When i had to leave he stayed in the same place looking at the people walk.
Only thing i see in this situation is humility and gratitude, it reminds me how ungrateful we are sometimes about things we have in life. This is how animals give us lessons.

''Gentlemen of the jury, a man's dog stands by him in prosperity and poverty, in health and sickness. He will sleep on the cold ground, where the wintry winds blow, and the snow drives fiercely, if only he can be near his master's side. He will kiss the hand that has no food to offer; he will lick the wounds and sores that come in encounter with the roughness of the world. He guards the sleep of his pauper master as if he were a prince. When all other friends desert, he remains. When riches take wings and reputation falls to pieces, he is as constant in his love as the sun in its journey through the heavens." - G.Graham Vest (Lawyer).

That's the whole story. And what about you? Did you have some anecdote important to your life?

Ambitions

Hi everyone,

i want to talk to you about my ambition. It's about a lovely and furry things that daily walk through our lives, im talking about dogs. My ambition is have a kind of refuge for animals, especially dogs and cats, because a lot of them end on streets cause of the irresponsible human beings. My love for animals was always on me, but increased when a puppy entered into my house, this little furry thing, showed me so much love in her eyes and her tail that i couldn't resist, so i called him Locky and later we adopt Mona.
These guys are the love of my life and brings me happines everyday.
There's another two dogs living out of my home, they jump on me when they see me, makes me company when i go to take the bus and follow me everywhere, but now i'm having problem with the neighbors, they don't let me feed them anymore and i can't have them in my house, that's why now they are looking for a home.
In that way my ambition is to rescue and take care as many animals as i can, make them happy and healthful, and then look a good home for them. Maybe teach them some things and eventually they can be assistance dogs for people with disabilities.
I know there's some of these groups and asociations but there's a lot of pets on streets too, so is not enought yet. Those animals are the best persons i know, and help them will mean to me a lot of joy to my life, so i hope i can do this sooner than later.

To end this post i would like to say don't buy animals, there's a lot of them without home and looking for one, with so much love to give. Adopt, don't buy :)

Be careful of your dreams...

Hi everyone,
Today i'm going to recomend you a book. Actually i don't read a lot, so i don't have a long list of books to pick one. I prefer read short stories, i like it more because it´s so much easier and faster to finish, when i become impatient and just want get to the end. I like horror and suspense stories that gives clues and tell the story little by little like Allan Poe and H.P. Lovecraft do, but there's a short story i like most, the one i'm going to recommend you,  called ''La noche boca arriba'' (The night face up) by Julio Cortázar.

I found out  this one when i was in school,  in a language boring test reading some boring texts, and when i get the last page, there's a message from the teacher, was like ''This text is not part of the test... enjoy it'' and then i spent the next 30 minutes reading it over and over again, and i wasn't bored.

I don't want to tell you what about the story is, because i dont want to ruin it, but it starts with a man who had an accident and after that he has some strange dreams. Is the type of stories that keep you expectant until the end.

PS: This story is part of a book called ''Final del juego'', but if you search the name on google you will find it easily.

PPS: Searching on the internet i found the chilean shortfilm based on the story, with the same name. Here is the teaser. http://vimeo.com/30691658

Hello classmates,
The last week we had to write about our favorite websites, but i'm going to do it right now. Obviusly the website i visit more is Facebook, because is the way that i comunicate with my friends that i can't see and to do the works whit my classmates, but i use this more just because is necesary it isn't my favorite. The thing that i mostly like to do is watch movies and series, so since 2010 when my favorite websites are Cuevana and Monsterdivvx, this pages have movies in HD resolution and the best thing you can watch it online without download to your computer. So when i want to see a movies, i just conect the computer to the tv and sit on the couch to enjoy the movie and a good beer.
Here is the trailer of an old good movie, ''The Godfather''. If you didn't saw that before it's time to do it. Hope you enjoy.
